The HPNC Umpire sub-committee is a committee made up of XXX members who aim to provide support in the development and learning of all umpires at Howick Pakuranga Netball Centre.

2025 HPNC Umpire Sub-committee will be nominated & elected at the 2025 HPNC AGM.
